Kim’s Private Coaching Partnership is designed for parents who want more than a one-time conversation. This six-month coaching experience provides personalized guidance, a clear plan of action, ongoing accountability, and sustained support as you work to strengthen your relationship with your emerging adult and create a healthier, more functional family dynamic.

This program is for parents who are ready to move forward with more clarity, calm, confidence, and consistency.

Over the course of six months, we’ll begin with deeper foundational sessions to understand what brought you here, clarify your goals, and identify the patterns that are keeping your family stuck. From there, we’ll continue with a customized coaching rhythm based on your family’s needs, offering ongoing support as you put your plan into practice, adjust what isn’t working, and build confidence in your next right steps.

Your coaching experience also includes email support throughout the full six months, so you are not left trying to figure everything out on your own between sessions.

As part of this program, you’ll also receive membership in the Empowered Parents group calls, Kim’s twice-weekly online support group for parents of emerging adults. These calls offer additional coaching, perspective, encouragement, and community with other parents who understand the complexity of this season.
